A salary range of € 2,442.32 to € 3,339.23 gross per month based on 36 hours per week (max. growth € 3,548.31). On top of this there are allowances of (on average) € 350,- gross per month.

Application process
E-assessment
After your application, you will receive an invitation for the E-assessment.
Job interview
With an adequate score on your E-assessment you will be invited for a job interview with the Recruiter and the Team manager.
Psychological test
The next step is a psychological test. First you complete an online questionnaire and a capacity test. We use this to measure your reaction speed among other things. Then you meet the psychologist. This all takes place at the location of the psychological institute.
Medical test
After a positive result from the psychological test, you can proceed to the medical test. This is carried out by a medical examiner. It is tested whether there are medical obstacles to practicing the profession (safely).
VOG
With a VOG (statement of good behaviour) you demonstrate that your judicial past does not pose an objection to fulfilling your new position as a bus driver.
